Safety Information
All of our products including our bear accessories conform to all current European and British regulations and legislation regarding product safety. Our own quality control also insists that our products meet guidelines set by other major countries further afield such as the USA because we don't feel product safety should be taken lightly.
Please note that our bear accessories are suitable for ages 3+. They are fine for baby's nursery, but please do not put it in a cot with your baby.
Delivery Information
Here at My Heartbeat Bear we don't believe that you should pay more to get your shopping home so we're happy to say that delivery to mainland UK addresses is absolutely free as long as your order is over the value of £75. For orders under this value there is a small charge of £3.50 - £4.50 to cover our costs. All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail, Collect+ or DPD courier on a standard service (meaning orders are usually with you 5-10 days after purchase).
During checkout you will also have the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to our premium service for £6.50.
For orders placed from outside the mainland UK, including those people shopping in Europe and the rest of the world, our website will calculate delivery costs based on the weight of your order.
